I am a 49 year old, divorced mother of two daughters. Who I raised by myself the past 20 years.

My creative streak comes in the form of writing and photography. I started writing in my early teens. I began writing under my grandmothers, Ina Blanchard Bates,  influence.

I have had some of my writing in newspapers, anthologies,  on my 3 web sites and have two published books.

In March 2005 my first book “Gifts From God” was released. This was a collection of poems that I had written throughout my life.

In May 2006 my second book “Defend God’s Word” was released. In this book I attempt to share the wisdom I have found in the Bible. To share what God’s Word has shown me about Salvation, Faith, Comfort, Prayer and many other subjects.

I am in the process of writing two new books. “On The Edge” an inspiritional novel. And “My Journey As A Writer”. Which will include a selection of my work, along with the story of my growing up and my family history.

My photography is mostly nature. But I do other forms.
